scroll to bottom of page and there you get a listing of repealed acts. I cannot say if all repealed acts are there but it is at least an alpha list. No access to the act though - it's a subscription database.

The Provincial Acts are the ones introduced by the Provincial Councils, which were abolished in 1876. They include perennial favourites such as the Invercargill Aethenaeum Reserve Management Ordinance 1871.
The Imperial Acts seem to be British Acts which have some bearing on NZ Law. They include
NZ Boundaries Act 1863
Naval Prize Act 1864
Act of Settlement Act 1700
Unfortunately it doesn't include the NZ Constitution Act 1852 (which we have catalogued separately)
